Nekkid Breathwork

A new approach to embodied liberation

Join us for a free Clothing-optional breathwork session

(next session TBA)

Did you know that breathing is the only vital process that functions automatically and can also be controlled consciously? During Nekkid Breathwork we will work with conscious and intentional breath that allow us to move more freely into our personal liberation.

Prior to our session, all participants in Nekkid Breathwork are required to accept our community agreements. Breathers must abide by these agreements both during and after our session. This will enable us to build and maintain a brave, trust-filled space to enjoy something vulnerable.

Join fellow Nekkid breathers as we explore the power of the breath, and do it, Nekkid!

Our first session will focus on breathing for calm and clarity of mind. Who wouldn’t benefit from a little stress reduction? Come and learn practical breathing techniques to use in your daily life.

Who should attend?

  • Human beings interested in learning more about how to improve their lives through better breathing. Everyone is welcome.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude

  • An interest in learning and building community with fellow Nekkid breathers

Dress code

  • As Nekkid as you prefer. Nudism is not required to attend and, we encourage you to take this as an opportunity to explore outside of your comfort zone from the safety of your own home!

Meet your facilitator, Jevon Hamlet

Jevon is an artist and healer who is committed to self-discovery. His pursuits include gardening, yoga, making hot sauce, playing the melodica, and being naked. Most recently, he has uncovered a love for cultivating fungi.

The past 15 years of Jevon’s life have been dedicated to respiratory therapy and patient education, supporting clients in hospitals and home-care. Now, he is transforming his years of knowledge into a holistic, community-centered Breathwork practice.

Jevon lived with severe chronic asthma from early childhood through his late 30s. This experience planted a seed of deep empathy and understanding for those struggling to breathe. After discovering the healing power of Breathwork and other sacred modalities, Jevon is beginning to share his gifts with the world in new and exciting ways.

He is grateful to have found a loving partner, Charlotte, to share his path. Together, they encourage each other to continue cultivating and sharing their unique gifts with the world. They share a home together in Baltimore.

Our Community Agreements

We must establish some ground rules to create a safe and welcoming space. Each Breather must agree to abide by these rules during and after our sessions. By upholding the following agreements, we will maintain a secure container where everyone feels they can open up and be vulnerable.

This gathering is for those interested in engaging in non-sexual nudism and naturism. This is not the place for voyeurism, and we will ask that everyone has their cameras on for the start of our gathering to build trust within the group.

  1. Let go of Judgement of yourself or others. Your thoughts are neither good nor bad. Just be the Observer.

  2. Maintain confidentiality and anonymity. What you see or hear in the circle stays in the circle. And remember, you do not know others outside of the circle.

  3. Share AND be aware. Please step up and speak AND be mindful of your speaking time.

  4. Use “I” statements. Avoid giving advice.

  5. Assume best intentions. Mutual respect is key!

“And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair.”
